Ibrahima Diallo is an associate at Thiam & Associés.
He advises on corporate law and structured finance and assists Guinean and international clients in connection with their corporate transactions and projects, particularly in the mining, energy and infrastructure sectors.
Prior to joining the firm, Ibrahima gained solid experience within leading international law firms in Paris. He also worked within the Legal (Finance) Department of a multinational energy group. He has an excellent knowledge of Guinean, OHADA and international regulations having recently advised in numerous cross-border transactions.
Ibrahima holds an LL.B. and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. He also holds a dual Master’s degree in International and European Economic Relations Law from CY Cergy Paris Université and in Comparative Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as a dual postgraduate university diploma in International Economic Law in Africa (Université Paris Panthéon-Assas) and Restructuring and Insolvency Law (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne).
He speaks French, English, Pulaar, Malinké and Soussou.
