27 April 2026 – Delos Dispute Resolution, an independent non-profit international arbitration institution, has published the 2026 edition of its Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP), a widely consulted reference for international practitioners comparing the legal and institutional frameworks of arbitration seats around the world.

This new edition provides an institutional and operational analysis of the Guinean arbitration framework, highlighting the fundamentals of arbitration within the OHADA region, the role of the Guinea Chamber of Arbitration, and the key issues facing investors and international practitioners when selecting a seat of arbitration for their contracts.

This contribution strengthens Guinea’s international visibility as a credible arbitration seat within the OHADA region, at a time when the choice of seat is a decisive negotiating point for foreign investors. Thiam & Associés warmly thanks Delos for this initiative, which helps raise the profile of African arbitration seats.
