Stéphanie is a member of the Paris Bar and graduated from HEC Paris (MS/LLM International Law and Management) and from the University of Paris 12 (Master in International Law and University Diploma in International Business Litigation).

Stéphanie is involved in international M&A transactions, structured finance and project finance, with expertise in emerging and developing countries. She advises and assists governments, public authorities, investors, developers and industrialists, and banks on development projects, their structuring, implementation and financing.

Stéphanie is a member of the African Business Lawyers’ Club. She is fluent in French and English.
