Joane-Dominique Bah is a junior associate specializing in transactional and corporate tax.

She advises on tax compliance, corporate and tax structuring matters, as well as tax audits and tax disputes. She also assists with the preparation of legal and tax memoranda, contractual documentation and the support of companies in connection with their day-to-day operations and administrative and litigation proceedings.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, with a specialization in Corporate Taxation, from the Institut Universitaire d’Abidjan (IUA), and gained experience within law firms and a leading pan-African banking group in Abidjan.
