Deals / Benin: Thiam & Associés advised Oryx Energies in the acquisition of 63 gas stations in the Republic of Benin.

The agreement was signed on 12 November 2021 in the presence of Mr. Abdoulaye BIO TCHANE, Minister of State for Development and Coordination of Government Action, Mr. Romuald WADAGNI, Minister of State for the Economy and Finance, and Mrs. Shadiya Alimatou ASSOUMAN, Minister of Industry and Trade, and falls within the framework of restructuring the National Company for the Marketing of Petroleum Products (SONACOP).
